Fees
Fees are fixed and agreed in writing before work begins. They reflect the significance of the decision, the complexity of the operating environment, the level of governance risk, the scope of work and the seniority of stakeholders involved. We provide a fee proposal after a confidential discussion.
What we do not do
We do not provide legal, financial, audit, technical or regulatory certification services. Where your issue requires one of these, we will say so and, if helpful, work alongside your advisers.
